Would you be able to install the 7 Watts modchip on my controller?
Although we do not offer a mail-in modding service, we partner with some great service shops that are authorized to install our modchips, as well as repair and custom work. To get your controller modded with the 7 Watts chip, reach out to “XboxModZone'' at xboxmodzone.com or their ebay store.
Do you offer a PlayStation mod controller?
Yes we will be offering a Modded PS5 Controllers soon!
Can you customize a controller for me?
In order to serve you best, our main shop produces several flagship products that we sell on our website and Amazon. But our main shop does not offer customization options at this time. However, we partner with several controller pro shops that do specialize in controller customization and are familiar with our mods, so working with them you have infinite options as far as customization.

I need my controller repaired (not a 7 Watts controller), can you help with that?
7 Watts does not offer a controller repair service, however, we partner with some fantastic controller pro shops who specialize in controller repair and customization.

My 7 Watts controller is having issues, can you help?
First make sure your controller is fully updated.
Then, read and follow the steps in the “Troubleshooting and FAQ” section of the instructions - people say it solves 99% of issues. (if you don't have your instructions, you can download a pdf copy.
-New fix for Xbox Elite 2 updated firmware:
-Press and hold the Xbox (home) button for 5-10 seconds, until the controller turns off. Wait a few moments, then turn it back on.
-Depending on your issue, you can also try holding the sync button for 10 seconds until the controller vibrates and shuts off.
-Turn it back on, and pair it with your xbox. This clears the memory of devices the controller has paired with previously and can solve sync/rapidfire mode switching issues.

My controller is broken and I need to redeem my Asurion warranty (purchased on Amazon), what do I do?
7 Watts is not associated or affiliated with the Asurion warranty sold on Amazon. You will have to contact Amazon/Asurion directly to make any warranty claims. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that Asurion generally does everything possible to not honor the warranty that they sell to customers so we recommend that you don’t purchase it.

Do you ship outside the USA?
At this time in order to best serve our mod controller customers we do not ship outside of the USA because controllers sometimes need to be sent in for servicing or debugging and international shipments disallow us from giving the high levels of excellent & speedy customer service that we are committed to giving to the 7 Watts customers.
